Relax on the sun-drenched patio by the private pool or walk to the nearby pristine, white sandy beach, away from condo crowds, for a day of building sandcastles with the kids, seashell hunting or relaxing and soaking up the sun while listening to soothing sounds of the waves. Make your way back to the house for dinner in or grab a bite at one of the amazing Gulf Shores restaurants less than fifteen minutes away. Then finish your day off while relaxing in the private pool or hot tub with family and close friends. This beach paradise has it all and we would love for you to be our guest. ✨Property description✨ Aspen Dunes is a newly built 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom beach house that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. This spacious two-story home is well-appointed and beautifully designed for relaxation with style, featuring an open living area and kitchen with large windows that fill the space with natural light and showcase mesmerizing views. Step out from the living room onto the front porch and sip your coffee, enjoying the privacy of your retreat, as the breeze moves through the innate sandy dunes. Walk into the modern, fully-equipped, chef-inspired kitchen, adorned with sleek stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The open layout seamlessly connects the kitchen to the inviting dining area and cozy living room, creating a harmonious space for socializing and relaxation. All four bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, balcony access and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and tiled walk-in shower. The second bedroom features another king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower, and balcony access. The third bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom contains a full-over-full bunk bed. A shared hallway bathroom offers a tiled shower tub combo, and there is an additional half bathroom on the main floor for added convenience. Entertainment options abound with five smart TVs at your disposal, and high-speed Wi Fi internet to keep you connected throughout your stay. Venture outside for a perfect peaceful evening. Three distinct outdoor areas provide ample space to unwind and rejuvenate. ‼️After successful booking the home, you will receive an e-mail message with a link to a rental agreement, which will require your signature. - Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and present during the whole stay. Guest will submit a copy of valid government ID to host at the time initial agreement is signed. - This is a smoke-free home. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping inside the house or on the balconies. - No parties or events. Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by local authorities and subject to fines. - Quiet hours 10p -8a. - Due to costly professional cleaning, we require booking a minimum of 3 nights of stay. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. - Door codes may not be given to any third party to access the property (including delivery services). Only registered guests may have use of the door code. Deliveries should be scheduled only when registered guest(s) are present. - No open flames, including candles. No fireworks or sparkles are permitted. - If you would like the pool and/or the adjacent hot tub to be heated or use spa jets, please contact the host and we will turn the heater/jets on at an additional cost of $75 per night. This charge will be for your entire stay, no partial charges for days the pool and spa are not used. We deliberately do not include this in the base rental cost, should some guests prefer to opt out of the heated spa/pool option. - RV hookups are available to use for an additional $100 per night. Please contact the host and we will make this accessible to you. ✨Safety & property✨ Carbon monoxide alarm Smoke alarm Exterior security cameras are in place for property safety. ✨We are dog friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify us in advance if you plan to bring one. This house allows a maximum of 2 dogs. Dogs must be completely house-trained and must be gated when left alone. Dogs must be on oral flea and tick preventative and be up to date on vaccinations. Dogs are not allowed on the bed or furniture. Please remember to clean up after your pet. Dogs will not be left unattended for any length of time, either indoors or outdoors, and will not be left unattended on the patio or yard. No cats, birds, pot-bellied pigs, lizards or snakes are allowed. Any damage caused by pets will incur additional cleaning charges of $100/hour and the cost of repairs (materials and labor). Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down in Fort Morgan. Dogs are allowed on the bayside (north side of Fort Morgan between the Quarantine Wharf and Fort Morgan Fishing Pier as long as they are leashed. Beyond this area is a federal protected area where pets are not permitted in order to protect local wildlife. ✨Important✨ ⭐ We do not refund for things beyond our control which include weather (red tide, hurricanes) or other causes (Covid, etc.) Please purchase travel insurance if you feel this might impact your stay. Our cancellation policy is strict and important. ✨Beach information✨ Swimming in the Gulf differs greatly from pool swimming. Guests are urged to respect the water's strength and protect local marine life. Please stay vigilant about water conditions. Check tide and weather updates before entering the Gulf. For daily surf conditions and beach flag information, text ALBEACHES to 888-777. ✨Protecting wildlife and preserving nature✨ Our vacation home is near nature preserves, home to diverse wildlife. Leave beach equipment off the shore overnight to protect nesting sea turtles, especially during their May to October nesting season. It's crucial to respect sea turtles, as disturbing them or their nests is a federal offense. Please do not leave beach gear or bright light on the beach overnight, as they disorient baby turtles. Help preserve our endangered species.
